Game west gate mall JHB

We are sick and tired of this terrible service. After we had sent a complaint about our fridge that was supposed to be deliverd on the 11of June 2020 and that was not done. And then a lady by the name of Debrah from game at game west gate mall called us and assured us that the fridge that will be delivered on monday the 15th of june 2020 and that has not happened . We paid cash for this damn fridge, so it seems that our money is not of any value to game therefore we demand our money back so we can go where our money and shopping experience will be given a priority. This is the worst service ever and what's worse is that they dont even bother to communicate and they ignore our calls. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
