Worst customer service ever … I called them today asking them if I can pay my remaining balance without a receipt, and I informe them that I have receipt picture on my phone and they said I can pay … when I get there guess what ! I was treated like a piece of ******* by this other two ladies . I was treated like I’m nothing in from of people. I went the receptionist to tell her I forgot my receipt but I do have pictures… she was like go to the Cashier to pay I can’t help you . With arrogance when I go to the Cashier No smile , No hello . And I explain that the receptionist lady said I must make a payment from her , she was like go to her not me . I can’t help you without even looking the picture of the receipt… after waiting for 30 minutes!!!!! I then went to this another lady at the lottery she helped me , without even complaining she was so kind for me . I hate Game i will never buy from that shop ever again !!!!
