Game Welkom. Horrible customer service. 43 days waiting for repair,still broken.
Game Welkom .Absolutely disgusting service. After waiting 43 days for a broken electric blanket supposed repair,it is still not working.
It took me 30 minutes to get a refund arguing with hostile rude staff,especially Lindiwe.
Mohale did not bother to come down and assist with the issue after they phoned him.
Store manager conveniently not available. I am so done with Game. The inevitable downfall of Game has never been clearer after today,
Horrible Customer service like this is historic.
