Game Welkom always out of stock

I went to Game Welkom on Sunday 15 March at 11am to purchase a new printer. I was interested in purchasing the Samsung MI 1860 Mono Laser Printer. After waited a while for someone to help, AS ALWAYS they where out of stock. But the guy told me we could still buy the demo for R400 without installation DVDs and cables. Why on earth would you have a product on the floor but don't have it in stock? I then asked for the bigger one for the same price as they cannot give me what they advertise. He gave me a look as I was the crazy one. But actually are they the ones who cannot live up to there expectations. This is NOT the first time something like this happens, NOT the second time and also NOT the fourth or fifth time that I have to go home sad because they don't have **** in stock. I am sick and tierd of this shop. They are never there to assist the client. We live in a small town and don't have much options to buy great products from shops like Game. Game is really getting on my nerves now. I also took pictures of the price with the printer without any indications that the price is only valid for the floor model.
