Game Watercrest continues to fail for after sale service after promising results??

So to follow on from my last week review - yes i received a call from the customer care dept to say that Someone would phone me to make an app for the next day, Friday the 23rd October. Well surprise surprise. Still no call. Still no technician. So what now?? Im about to go on holiday. Its so happens that my machine still works but just makes a nasty knocking noise. What if my machine had actually been out of service?? Its been almost a month?? Still no appointment made or confirmed? Ps. Game never rep**** to me? Or i cannot find a reply?? They did phone but that has also been empty promises. They say they terribly sorry for inconvenience caused and then still no results?? Ref no 667532 I am so frustrated. I would like a refund on my extended waurantee !
