Game warranty or guarantee is a lie

I purchased a Samsung J7 Duo from Game Polokwane on the 08th January 2019. On the 25th January 2019 the phone just hang/froze for about 1 hour. I then removed the battery and switched the phone on. To my supprise it started displaying a message saying "Downloading, do not turn off target". On the 26th January 2019 I took the phone back to Game Polokwane.Customer service told me they are sending the phone somewhere to be repaired, however it will take 21 days.

This frustrate me because I only used the phone for 17 days and it goes for 21 days repairs.I had to spend R500 to buy a temporary cellphone.What you are doing is not a guarantee because I still spend money when your device mulfunction.This is the same as paying to fix the cellphone.This is still a new cellphone, you need to take it back and give me a proper cellphone. You cant expect me to wait for so long to get a cellphone I paid cash for with my hard earned money.Now I had to buy two cellphones within 17 days because you sold me a s****.Thats not fair.
