Game warranty

I bought my Telefunken 47 inch Tv in June 2015 (still under extended warranty)

i reported my TV damaged , and GameSure (PMC Electronics) came collected the TV at my place on 5 November 2018 for repair.

I got a response from the electronics that they cannot fix the tv as they no longer have the cables to fix my TV.

so now no one is giving me the straight answer as what to do next, call center consultant told me to visit the Game store, when i got to the Store they told me they cannot assist me, i need to phone the warrantly department.

I phoned more that 10 times, and im being sent from pillar to post.

PMC Electronics told me that they will be returning the UNREPAIRED TV to me today.

what must i do with the TV that is not fixed!!!!!!!!!!!
