GAME WAITING 5 MONTH FOR A REFUND

My order was placed online with Game stores Order details #*** (placed on Sun Nov 28 14:52:57 SAST 2021)

Followed up with calls and emails to receive Your Order *** has been Cancelled on the 9th of December 2021, I had to provide banking details for the refund which was done.

I enquired why my order was canceled and was informed that they have run out of stock - which is fine.

I received a phone call in January for them to deliver the 2 bicycles that I originally ordered, I asked why they want to deliver the order as they (GAME) canceled my order in December 2021 the lady was confused as to why I am refusing the delivery... THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER.

Fast forward to today 22.03.2022 I have still not received my refund - it has been 5 months waiting for this - the last feedback received from Sascha. J, I was advised that an internal investigation is taking place to resolve the miscommunication. Does this take 5 months...
