Game Vryburg dragging the Game stores worldwide in the mud #TRASH

We bought a hisense 18kg top loader from Game Vryburg in November. No one explained the T&C's regarding the purchase of the washing machine as my husband and I went to collect it.We literally only found out about the 10 days term as we took the day off. I only used the washing machine 2 weeks prior to us moving out of Vryburg and only then, I realised that it was quite dysfunctional in terms of drying the clothes. On the 30th of December 2021, we returned the washing machine back to the shop and left it there. We were promised to receive feedback within 5 working days from the technicians of which we had already mentioned that we do not want the exact same brand of the washing machine back, we wanted the refund or a different brand back. A month and a few days later, I called Game customer service and spoke to Lefa. He made a conference call so that I could hear the conversation. As soon as he mentioned that the call was regarding my complain, we couldn't reach any consultant anymore. I personally spoke to the floor manager from Game Vryburg 2 weeks ago and he told me that they are still deciding on what to do regarding my issue. As a matter of fact, I am devastated ,rather disgusted with the service that Game Vryburg has offered us! I cannot imagine doing laundry with my hands although we have invested in a top loader for my big family. I am reaching out, I need my money back. Game Vryburg is trash.
