Game Vredenburg poor business and manager agreement

I bought a new laptop at Game Vredenburg. When I switch it on it was slow and I then try to download zoom for work purposes - then during meeting it shutdown. When I try to go on the internet, it didn't open any web browsers. The same happen the Saturday when I want to watch the rugby. I took the laptop to Game and they said they will book it in and after 21days I will get my laptop of will be refund. Today I went there and they saying there's software problems and I must pay an additional fee of R1088. I didn't even use the laptop because of the black outs. Now the manager want to give half of the money back.
