Game voucher subscription

I have held a game account for years, recently i was reviewing all my accounts in hopes of closing some. When I went through game statement i noticed the amounts i have been paying where not reducing the debt. Upon analysing the statements i notice an amount of R299 which was added without my knowledge. I sent numerous emails and called game insists i agreed to this during a telephone call. i then looked at the subscription and noticed it is not something i would subscribe to. When i asked for the recording and any form of proof that i agreed to this. I have been ignored. I was promised a copy to this day i have not received. I went through my own telephone records there is no records indicating my acceptance to the subscription. As i write i don't even know where i stand with this matter, whether the subcription willl be cancelled or refunded.
