Game virtual card service is *******

Game store and their virtual card are so useless, I spent more than 1 hour on a call being sent from pillar to post and being given different numbers just to reset my password which is still blocked. What makes it worse is that thier agents say they are unable to pick up my details even though I have made multiple purchases online. One agent was even asking for my card number even though I kept saying it's a virtual card. Gave them the account number on the statement to no assistance. All that has le just to reset my password. Even government department have better service. Called the number on the statement and that too does not go through. I am paying it off and going with Hifi Corp or another store. This is the second time having the same issue and yet it's not fixed. Spoke to Brownwyn and nolubabalo. Can't remember the other 10
