Game Vincent, your customer care needs improvement

I am so disappointed by the service I got today from the staff at Game Vincent. I was buying nappies from Mthatha Game Plaza using credit. They were going to be collected at Game Vincent by my daughter. When the staff at Mthatha called Vincent, the calls were unanswered. When it was finally answered, I was told that they did not have the brand I needed. I went to look for another, but when they were called again they ignored the calls. My daughter was there at Vincent store this time. Unfortunately the manager at Game Vincent refused to allow this transaction to take place. They only had to confirm availability of these nappies in the store. Yho I am so disappointed by this kind of service. I bought these nappies, I have to pay a courier to transport them, whereas it would have been cheaper for someone to collect them at Vincent.

I sincerely thank the sales lady at Mthatha Plaza who tried all her best to assist me, but I left the store in a very bad state, very disappointed. I do not stay in Mthatha, coming back to the store again is very costly.
