Game Vincent Park - SHOCKING SERVICE

Game Vincent Park! Terrible Service. My elderly parents bought a TV with an extended warranty. After taking it in during OCTOBER , they have been pushed from pillar to post - told it would be fixed in Durban only to be told it couldn't be fixed and a service provider in EL would give it a try. I have telephoned as from yesterday and its back and forth. Surely a refund should be provided. All my Father wants is his money so he can purchase another TV.
