GAME VINCENT PARK EAST LONDON

Highly disgusted in the service I received this week from GAME VINCENT. i did an online order for items on special. Got a call Friday afternoon informing me they don't have all the stock, but I must not worry about it they will pull stock from GAME BEACON BAY to complete my order and deliver it to me. Come Monday 13/11 I still have no info regarding my order as it was not yet delivered. Phoned call center only to be told my order was canceled and a refund will be done to my store card!!! no communication regarding this cancelation NOTHING!!!!!! phoned again today to do a follow up as I said I will not accept the cancelation as I was told self by the staff at the store, they will sort my order out. NO one has even been phoned, I try phone the store self NO ON ANSWERS THEIR FREAKEN PHONES!!!!!! Why show you have stock on hand when doing online orders when you don't actually have any!!!!
