Game Vincent Park bad service

I Purchased a 5 burner stove on Friday and was prepared to look for my own transport. The sales consultant told me because the delivery is local, delivery is free. I asked if the delivery will be the next day which was Saturday, and she said yes. Saturday I went to Game again for a cookehood which they did not have. When I asked about the delivery, they asked me if they could deliver Monday as the invoice came late to them. I agreed. Monday my wife took leave to wait for the delivery and it did not come. Around twelve she called Game who do not answer their phones. I also called and after multiple times, eventually I spoke to a Game employee. The lady on the phone told me in calm tone not to worry, the delivery is on its way. Around four when I knocked off from work, the delivery was still not at my house. I then went to Game at Vincent Park East London. At customer care the lady told me that normally deliveries happen even up to 8 PM, but I must ask the sales people at the stoves to call the driver and find out how far they are. I then went to the sales representative who told me that Value Logistics took the stove and it could arrive sometime in the week. I then asked for the Manager who was there while I was complaining and did not bother to ask me what was wrong. When the manager came. I saw it was the very same person who heard me complaining. The next thing he said he is coming back. I waited for 10 minutes, only to find that he left me there and went to the front of the store. The sales rep then called him and had an argument with him because he was avoiding coming to hear my complaint. He eventually came and listened to my complaint, and had no solution. He asked me to have someone at home on Tuesday, which is impossible for me. I asked for my money back. They stalled. But I insisted that I want my money back. I am very disappointed in the way Game staff undermined me. I would rather pay a little more somewhere else where I am valued and not **** to. Very disappointed.
