Game very poor online service.

I bought some products online and they only brought half of my order. They never sent me a tracking number to track the products and I had to call them to find out what is happening and why am I not receiving my products. After calling them numerous times and them telling me they'll get back to, they never did. I had to follow them around, while they had my money and my products. Their call center service is bad, they'll let you hold for long and once they come back, "they'll call you nack" I'm never again in my wildest dreams buying anything from Game stores online. Poor service, poor is even an understatement. It's been more than 7-10 days of which they promise to deliver stuff within.
