GAME: Very poor after-purchase service

Terrible service. My fridge stopped working within the warranty period, GAME came to assess the issue and they told me I would receive store credit. 2 weeks later, no information even with me constantly phoning. I had to go to the store to hurry them up. They collected my fridge 2 days later and told me the new fridge, I bought 2 days ago would be delivered the same day. It's now 3 days later, no fridge or any assistance. I have phoned multiple times and I keep being told it will be delivered today but then nothing happens. All my food has thawed and gone off already.
