Game Vall Mall Vanderbijlpark

My Parents bought a brand new Bosch 12 Place dishwasher, unfortunately the only one they had was the one on display. We stay in Parys in the Free State so as soon as they got home we tried to install the dishwasher only to find out there was no power supply cable. We didn't even receive the dishwasher in a box because someone threw the box away. So we called Vaal Mall Game only to be told they don't know where the cable is they cant find it so the only thing we can do is to bring the machine back. I really think this is unacceptable that cable is R1000 if you want to buy it. We want you to come and collect your dishwasher in Parys because without a box we don't have any warranty on this brand new machine and also if we don't use the original cable the warranty will also be voided. So please come and collect your machine or either give us a Paper stating we have full warranty with out the original packing plus you bring as the original cable. Its not our fault you guys don't have the box or the power supply cable. Can we please get proper assistance.
