Game Vaal Mall gave me the worse experience when I used my payjustnow the lady Angie at the front counter wanted physical proof from my banking account of the transaction that went through when I showed her the Payjustnow in app approval with the reciept of the approval she made me wait almost 2 hours after I told her that the approval of that particular amount was approved .. I told her the other game stores don't give me such hassles ..

Solomon And Pamela in the Cellphone Department assisted me very well .. They did an amazing job .. I hope they get an award for the outstanding service they gave me ..

On the point of Angie I think she also miscalculated my price beat discount .. If an item at Game is R1499 and the competitors price is R999 should a 10% be deducted from the R999 and the overall payable amount should be R899 .. I just want some clarification on that as well .. I wouldn't go to Game Vaal Mall again after the incompetence of what transpired at the front counter ...
