Game using Wumdrop for delivery is very disappointing

Terrible experience dealing with Wumdrop Delivery.

I had made an online order through Game (will be writing a review on them as well) which was supposed to be delivered Thursday 9th of January 2025.

I had missed the call from the driver from Wumdrop around 14:29 as I was in a meeting to which I called back 10 minutes after at 14:39. The driver had updated the order as failed delivery and would not attempt to redeliver and informed me I had to contact game to reschedule delivery.

I called game at 15:15 to which they had Wumdrop joined the call to which they told me they had to wait till the driver returned the goods and that I would need to call back before EOD at 17:00.

I called back, the driver still had not returned the goods. I called the morning of 10 January 2025 at 8:50, the goods still not returned and the consultant mentioned they would call me back.

At 10:30 I called again as I have not received an update, this is very disappointing service as the same driver who has my goods will not redeliver, nor have they returned my goods to reschedule a delivery.
