Game using cheap couriers that don't deliver your goods

The online shopping experience with Game is absolutely pathetic right now. They are using a cheap *********** courier company called WumDrop that says that they have delivered your parcel when in actuality they haven't. If you complain to the online department nobody responds to you. You're safer buying your goods from other big companies because their online sales department seems to be nonexistent
