Game uses useless courier company

Ordered a washing machine online from Game with delivery. Get an sms at 12 that delivery will take place today. At 14:07 get an sms that the driver is on route to drop off the machine. Live tracking link states - 22 minutes away. I leave work early to go home (Fourways) to collect delivery. Get another sms at 14:40 stating that I "must get ready as delivery is coming". I am assuming it is around the corner. Click on tracking link and see that the driver is now in Tembisa - 49 minutes away. Click on the Game whatsapp link to chat to someone - Shai - useless no help at all. It is now after 5pm and my driver is now in Pretoria West and 50 minutes away. When am I going to get delivery. Why send me an sms at 2pm when you only going to deliver after 6pm if at all
