Game useless online store, 3months waiting for my refund

Never will I recommend Game to anyone, I'm regretting my decision buying from them. Bought a phone November 2020, wasn't delivered as promised before mid December, waited and called them countless times but no explanation was given. Got frustrated and canceled the order by mid January, again waited for my refund which never came up to this day and no explanation given. Who has an idea how I can get my refund from these guys, this is just unacceptable. I spent a lot in airtime calling them, they don't act, they just sit there eating our monies
