Game- unwilling to help

I recently made a purchase of R5000 at Game in Vincent park. The cashier asked me if I wanted it on budget to which I clearly rep**** yes. She then proceeded to put it through on straight. I asked her to change it and she said that there was nothing that she could do. She is sorry. I then went to customer services to correct the problem and they also said that there is nothing that they could do. They were sorry. Shame. I got to work and emailed game who then sent me on a chicken run and eventually I had to email RCS. I have sent the email twice, as well as again to customer services who just tell me to contact them (again). I am very frustrated at the fact that game is willing to take our money but are so unwilling to help their customers. This service and non-chalant attitude is extremely disappointing and I will NEVER recommend them to any friends or family. SIS!
