GAME UNWILLING TO CLOSE ACCOUNT AFTER BEING SETTLED.
4x months later still trying to close my game account, after calling numerous times and making numerous cancellation requested. Next stop Ombudsman this unprofessional and predatory in keeping people on the hook, shady and unacceptable.
