I ordered a chest freezer online on the 27th with a delivery promise of 3 to 5 days and i still have not received it.I phoned numerous times and was informed it is being processed. I had to rent a chest freezer until this poor of excuse company decides to deliver it in 2019. I'm incurring extra cost and at this rate I could purchase a truck of chest freezers. I have sent numerous emails with no response and when I wanted a refund i was told 3 to 7 days.This so called service is worst then the water crisis in cape town.
