Game - unable to call helpline, order was ****** be couriers

I ordered a tv from Game. I received an email saying the tv was delivered but I never received it. I've tried calling their help center number but the call never connects - I tried from several different phones - their help line isn't working.

I've sent emails regarding this order, but still nothing. My tv was essentially ****** and I can't reach Game to sort it out. It was an online order.

I'm reaching out to the consumer ombudsman and SAPS ***** unit to try to recover my money. Never buying from Game again.
