Game Tzaneen staff to busy on thier phones to assist...

The service of Game Tzaneen is supper pathetic! The store was upgraded and is looking so nice and well stocked for the first time in many years but the service remains the same as most of us in Tzaneen knwos it! I went there yesterday to purchase batteries and had some questions. The staf at the Hi-teq division was so busy on their phone that they did not even noticed me. I went to them and apologise for disturbing them as i could see they are very busy on their phones. They did not know what was the difference between the products.. still busy on their phones so they did not even looked at what product i was asking about. I could not find the manager on duty and no body know where she was. Probably also on her phone somewhere. This is not the first not the last time that we will be complaining about Game Tzaneen.
