Game Tygervally | Shocking TV repair service!!!
After taking my Samsung TV to Game Tygervally on the 30th of July 2024 to be repaired (within six months of owning the TV!!!), I was okay with the 20-day fix that was communicated. I followed up today (20th Aug 24), only to find out that the TV was sent away for repairs on the 16th August 24!!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!
No one knows what is happening, management is inept, and no one takes responsibility! There is still no answer on when/how the TV repair will happen.
