Game Tygervalley poor customer service

I bought a Tv online, guess what they delivered?? a broken Tv with ink on the screen. I called them immediately when i received the parcel and asked them to take it back one lady i spoke to said it is already in my house there is nothing they can do. I logged a complaint, no one called. I called again the customer service agent said i must take it to the store they cant come and take it back because it is 40 inch. Eventually the TV was collected, guess what no one called again to say they did receive it and what is going to happen next, i called again the tygervalley store because it was sent back to them and i was transferred from one person to another. spoke to 3 people none of them could help. The service is so pathetic, i am so irate.
