Game Tygervalley Poor Customer Service

Bought a microwave, within 3 months stopped working. Took it back to Game Tygervalley , they sent it off to analise why it stopped working. After almost 3 weeks, when I phoned game, they told me that I will be refunded, but I have to wait till they receive the microwave from the workshop. Been over a week now and I still cannot get my refund. 4 weeks without the microwave now. Rediculous
