Game Tygervalley have no client service

It is virtually impossible to reach Game Tygervalley by phone. On the rare occasion that someone at reception answers the call, they attempt to transfer you to the relevant department. Unfortunately, this is where the process fails, as no one answers the phone. The same issue occurs when requesting to be transferred to a manager—there is simply no response. I logged a complaint in person on Sunday regarding a faulty tumble dryer. To date, no one has contacted me to arrange an inspection of the appliance. I was advised that the turnaround time would be two working days, which has clearly not been met.
