Game Trade route mall

I am very uphauled at the disservice I have received from Game Trade Route mall. Over a week ago I purchased a washing machine and paid cash including delivery bet to this day I have not received it. I called and was told by a Thabo referred by Belinda that the truck was hijacked. I am not an unreasonable person but its disturbing that no one called me to say anything. If they were hijacked why was I not told. I put everything on hold to wait for nothing. When I did call the driver he kept saying he is almost at my house then eventually his phone was off. Why did nobody reach out to me. This is very unprofessional and disturbing. I have still not received my machine and today is almost gone. This is very unacceptable and quite disappointing!
