Game - Trade Route Mall

I have been to Game at Trade Route Mall many times and the service is always extremely poor One always struggles to find Salespeople who can assist and when you find them, they are not equipped to assist: their product knowledge is poor, customer service is not their top priority and neither is going the extra mile by making the sale through other branches.

On Sunday, 18th Feb 2017 at around 11h00, I walked in to buy a bike for my nephew. The saleslady didn't have much of smile but I greeted her courteously anyway. She said she would assist me after she assisted another lady before me. I agreed and waited. After a few minutes I looked around myself and thereafter, noticed her walking out. The lady she assisted was gone. I took the liberty of leaving as well.

Game is really competitive with price but Trade Route Mall doesn't provide the service, which enrages customers so much that we want to look anywhere else. That's what happened to me on Sunday. Sufficed to say, I'm still bike shopping with no idea where to start now. Perhaps take-a-lot is a better option: dealing with systems might be more efficient that the staff that Game provides!!!
