Game trade route is pathetic

I'm still waiting for a microwave that was suppose to be returned to me by yesterday this is really pathetic I called the store and as I'm speaking she just transfers my call and I'm waiting for such a long time I've had nothing but bad service with game trade route I shouldn't be the one running around.. It seems only when i put a review on hello Peter I get assistance
