Game - this is the reason why all your stores are closing down

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I have been struggling to get a reprint of a slip from the beginning of 2021. I bought an AEG dishwasher in March 2020 (day of the hard lockdown) and the dishwasher has not been working properly from day 1 (due to the hard lockdown the appliance could not be returned). AEG refuses to assist with the three year warranty without a slip and I cannot get Game to reprint me a slip. When I follow-up they come with the same story: take done my details for the 100th time (I can recite the barcode out of my head), they will log a call and get back to me. When I follow-up again, same story - I can recite their dialogue as well.

Never will I ever buy from Game again and with that AEG as well. This is the reason all the Game stores are closing down, since they are not providing a service, not even mentioning a good service.
