Game - the worst post sale service

The worst post sale customer service! We bought a laptop which we had to return after two months of using it. It took them 6 weeks, many phonecalls and broken promises to return it to us, still faulty. We asked for a refund as we didn't want a replacement machine or to deal with Game any longer. They kept us in their store for 2 and a half hours, refusing to give us a refund, which after much insistance we eventually got.
