Game the *******

In a nut shell Game store took in a vacuum cleaner of our that was under warranty and said it will be ready in 2weeks. This was on the 29/03/2015. On the receipt we were given it stated that if the repair takes longer than 2weeks the unit will be replaced. Being good people we dont contact them demanding a new unit after the 2weeks passes and we hear nothing from them. So we leave it another few weeks and eventually they contact my partner who is unable to take any calls at that time and a ****py voicemail is left saying that its the 2nd time they calling but this 2nd call happened in the space of 1minute from the 1st call. My parpartner calls back and is told about a quote. She explains to them that the vacuum is still under warranty and that should be sorted out between Game and the company doing the repairs. Another few weeks goes by and again nothing from Game until recently we received a sms to collect the unit. This morning i go and collect the unit just to be told the vacuum wasn't repaired as we did not ok the quote. I was told that the faulty part on the unit was not under warranty. We waited almost 3 months to hear this. No apology for the wait. All i got was excuses.
