GAME - THE PLAYERS !!

Shopping at Game on line has been the worst and most disappointing shopping experience and will never buy anything from them ever again I bought a washing machine +/- 6 weeks ago, the boxed item stood under the car port for 6 days as we were waiting for the plumber to complete the water line When the box was opened to connect the machine, we found that the machine was dented in 2 places and we immediately called Game to report this The first time we were told Game could not exchange the unit as we had opened the box! Bit crazy this as how would you use the machine without taking it out of the box? This went on for weeks, nobody came back with any news We sent pictures of the dented washing machine, as well as pictures of "scuff" marks on the box (which don't even lign up with the dents on the machine) Game finally decided that "we signed for damaged goods" and they won't be replacing the R7800.00 washing machine Very disappointed in their attitude, find the staff we had to deal with quite rude and ***********
