Game the none service providing store

I came to your Jubilee mall store to pay a Contempo account but I unfortunately had forgotten the account card but because both stores are owned by RCS I was under the assumption that an Identification Number could be entered into your system and all account details would appear (as I had experienced at numerous stores that day due to not having cards there either).

Much to my shock your teller initially said she doesn't know what Contempo was she then called another teller and when I explained they both said they cannot help me because it's not their store card.

I then returned on Wednesday (4th March) and had the card and was then told that it was the last time I would be able to pay there because from now onwards your store would only make payments for Game and CTM stores but I saw absolutely no notice about such a matter and when I said as such the teller said it would be put up in due time.

The service at that store is absolutely deplorable, please train your staff to offer proper explanations to customers without an attitude or trying to make a spectacle out of them by calling one another and saying things in a condescending manner in front of other customers. Oh and another thing the staff rarely has name tags if they have a tag it often doesn't have a name.
