Game: The laws do not apply to us!!

Game has been sending me unsolicited emails - I'm not even sure when they started. In any case, their emails do not have an opt-out option as is required by legislation. I contacted them via twitter on 23 April 2020 and asked that they remove my email address from their mailing list. They responded almost immediately stating that they would. However, I continued to receive the emails, which I still do - last one being yesterday 13 May 2020 at 16:22. I kept in contact with them on twitter that I was still receiving the emails. More promises were made that I would be removed. I sent an email on 3 March asking them to remove my email address. No response and has stated, I am still not removed. The provisions of section 45 of the ECTA provides that recipients of unsolicited communications are able to opt-out of future communications and may request information on where their contact details were obtained. They clearly do not care about the laws of this country. I will now proceed to report them as the lawbreakers that they are.
