Game The Glen mall needs Customer service training

Very disappointed with game store at The Glen mall, went there on Saturday to report a faulty washing machine and I was promised a 48hours turn around time,today is a Friday still no service from them no call or anything to inform me on what is going on. And service from guys who are in charge of cellphone and laptop went to that isle wanted to buy router extender was confused because saw many things almost the same and some did not have prices I stood in that isle for almost 30minutes no one attended me as they would come and attend other people without them asking for service and they would stand next to me and chat as I waited for service I went to my husband as he was busy with other things in the store and we went back to that isle still the same we checked the extender as we where confused which to take and some couple came to the same isle to check phone this guy came running to assist them without them calling him when the couples left he left without offering us any service so I don't know what kind of people do they attend too. Worse now I just called them the lady on the phone is very cold and there is no answer on the washing machine department, I just wonder if they are being trained Customer service or they just place them its like they look at u and judge your wallet really disappointed from the service I'm getting from them.
