Game the glen mall

Good morning,on the 30th April I purchased a cellphone at Game store the Glen Mall.After completing my purchase they took my details so that they can Rica my sim card.Today is the 2nd May and I am not Rica'd.I was informed that a lady by the name of Mapula will complete the process.I am still waiting.This is really a bad service.They could have told me to go the Vodacom shop at the mall for assistance, as I was at the mall on that particular day.
