GAME THE GLEN

I purchased a Fridge 161L Tita Silver top Freezer (H220TTS) that was on Special for R2,999 on Tuesday, 05/10/2021 and paid for delivery. I was promised that this Fridge will be delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday, 07/10/2021 I once again phoned the Game store at the glen. Was told once again it will be loaded and delivered. Friday, 08/10/2021 followed up once again. Told they would call me back to check with stores. Call was returned and I was advised that the Fridge has been loaded on the truck for delivery.....as expected no delivery. Called today, 09/10/2021 to speak to a store manager. Told store manager is not in, asked to speak to the person I have been liaising with and he is not at work. The sales person I spoke to today, when I complained that the Fridge is still not delivered. Only to be advised that there is no stock and thats why the fridge was not delivered. At no point during the sales, was I advised that there is no stock and besides was told that the fridge was already loaded and would be delivered. When I mentioned that it was false advertising of the special if there was no stock, was told that its Game head office that advertise. I am really annoyed with the false promises, assurance that its in the truck for delivery before 6pm on Friday. NOW TOLD THERE IS NO STOCK. VERY DISSAPPOINTED...,At no point was I told there is no stock. WHAT NOW!!!!!!
