Game the best for refunds

I recently bought something at Game and after using it for a week it stopped working. Frustrated I was not in the mood to go and exchange or go to explain why i want a refund because it is usually a struggle...but not with Game.. oh boy they helped me without asking questions and assisted me with another product that are still working.. they had jo excuses and no issues.. love game and good job guys
