GAME : Terrible Status
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have placed an order online on the 30 June 2020 and till today I haven't received it. The 10-14 delivery days policies have elapsed. I had not received any update on the order (whether via email or phone call) until i decided to contact them. It is then that I was told various stories about my order being dispatched from various branches and it not being dispatched. Till now I have not received my order and I don't know the true status of my order.

Once again we would like to apologise for the experience you had with the company as this is definitely not the way we would like to do business.
As per our telephonic conversation, the query will be sent off to the relevant department for assistance with refund due to stock availability of the items ordered.
