Game - terrible service online

Game online has terrible service online(Bad service), ordered items online and paid for them last year in November still today i haven't received all my items. Everyday when i i follow up i get told the same story "We will look into the matter and give feedback". That doesn't even happen. I wouldn't advice anyone to purchase stuff online cause you will never receive them trust me.
