Game Terrible service

Purchased Defy Box freezer on Friday. When the item arrives it is damaged. Send it back. Been calling last two days to here where the new delivery is with epic fail, seeing they send you from one number to the next. Last number called it is said that they where here to deliver yesterday, but no phone call no one at the gate, either. called today again and said they will get the people to call, still no phone call. Terrible service.
