game terrible service and no delivery for clients that pay for everthing
My Name is Leeroy Brown I bought a Fridge at Game store in Lenasia on the 27 11 2023 it was promised between 2 -4 working days I would get my fridge delivered I Paid for everting cash including delivery, I have been phoning whole day following up for my Fridge to be delivered as its inconveniencing me a lot.
The guys from the warehouse can’t give me an estimated date as to when my fridge would be delivered, it is now past 4 working days and next week I will be on holiday for a couple of weeks. Can someone please intervene to get my fridge delivered by latest tomorrow 02 12 2023
This is horrible service for such a big brand.
